Checking your order status

We keep you notified on every stage of order preparation

Your order can have diferentes status:

• Order received means that Lovvett has sent your order to the restaurant, and they have received it but the restaurant has not yet started preparing it. You can still cancel your order at this point and get a full refund.
  • Restaurant confirmation is taking longer than usual. 
    Sometimes there is a delay; this may happen during the busiest hours. We will reach out to the restaurant to resolve the issue. You will receive a notification when the restaurant starts preparing your order. If you cannot wait, you can cancel your order at any time

• Order being prepared means that the restaurant has started preparing your order and it will be ready around the indicated time. At this point, you cannot cancel your order. You can call the restaurant (tap on the phone icon) and see if they can cancel.
• Order ready means that your order is ready for pickup or dine-in and the restaurant is waiting for you. You will receive a notification
• Order completed means that your order has been served.
• Order canceled means that your order has been canceled. If the order is canceled by the restaurant, you will receive a full refund.
