Tablet:
Inside the active order, or in an order chosen from Order History Page, you can find the customer and driver number (if you use Lovvett drivers).
If you have difficulties contacting the customer, you may contact our Support team for assistance at the support number shown in the Merchant app and in the back of your tablet. Depending on the issue, you may also cancel the order, and/or adjust pricing.
POS, text, e-mail, Merchant’s Portal:
The text and e-mail where you receive the order contain the customer number, and a link to the order inside the Merchant’s Portal.
The Merchant’s Portal contains both the customer and driver phone for every order.
We currently do not offer customer information to be reviewed in the POS.
