Your Menus and offers will be pre-loaded when you receive your Merchant Portal credentials. We will observe any directions you gave us during the initial onboarding call.
To see how guests will view and navigate your menu, simply download the Lovvett app from the App Store or Google Play.
You can always modify your menu as you please emailing Partners-success@lovvett.com. We will make changes instantly.
If Lovvett is integrated with your POS, the menu syncs automatically during setup, and remains in sync, so that if you make any changes, Lovvett will update instantly. We are constantly integrating with new aggregator partners (Chowly, Otter, Ordermark, etc). Please check with us if you use an aggregator.
