How do I cancel my order?

If the order has not been accepted by the restaurant, you can cancel selecting the order from the Orders tab, tapping "Support", and selecting “Cancel Order”.

Sometimes things come up, and we get that! The quickest way to cancel an order is by selecting the order from the Orders tab, selecting Order Details, tap "Support", and then “Cancel Order”.

You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant, and you will get a full refund.

If the merchant has already confirmed the order, there is no refund. Please contact support if there is an issue with your delivery (i.e. driver asked you to cancel or Restaurant is closed) and you are outside of the window for a refund.
