How do I review and accept orders?

Order confirmation depends on the order protocol you're using.

When receiving orders on the Lovvett Merchant App, you'll hear a sound notification for you to review the order details and confirm it.

If you use a POS/Printer integration, orders are auto-confirmed as soon as an order is sent to POS or the order receipt is successfully printed.

You can also review orders by email or text, and accept them following the link to your Merchant Portal, in the Orders section.

Depending on your settings in the Notification Center (menu Setting -> Notifications tab), you will also receive a phone call to let you know you have a new order.

If you have multiple devices with the Merchant App or the Merchant Portal, the order data will be synchronized across all devices, so every member of your team is aware of the order status.
