Your order should be ready by the indicated time. Delays up to 5 minutes are allowed but not common.
If you arrive on time and your order is not ready yet, please send us an email at support@lovvett.com. We will do our best for the restaurant to have your order ready ASAP, and ensure they set more realistic times to prevent any delays from happening in the future.
