Do customers review my business? How does it work?

To improve the service and give you valuable information, Lovvett asks customers for a review after each purchase.

Customers can choose from 1 to 5 stars and provide additional details based on their choice, and they are free to leave comments.

We will share all this information only with you, anonymized for privacy.

The reviews are not shown to other users in the app.
