The customer is late or didn't show up. What do I do?

Please keep it packed to go until the guest arrives. Regardless of the customer showing up or not, you still get paid.

The customer is informed of the approximate ready time when the order is accepted, and receives a notification when her order is ready.

If it is a pickup order, please keep it packed to-go until the guest arrives.

If it is a dine-in order, please keep the food heated in the kitchen. If the guest is late for more than 30 minutes, please pack the food to-go and keep it until the guest arrives. If you reserved a table, please observe your usual holding time.

You don’t need to do anything in the Merchant App or the Merchant Portal; Lovvett automatically saves the order, regardless of the customer showing up or not, and you still get paid. Please don't remake any food because of a late arrival.

If you wish, you can contact the customer and let her know, but there is no obligation.
