What are issue reports? What happens when I get one?

A customer may decide to file an issue report in the Lovvett app when they experience problems or have a bad experience.

A customer may decide to file an issue report in the Lovvett app under rare circumstances, such as finding your store closed during the pick-up time frame, receiving something different than what he ordered, receiving nothing at all, or other abnormal circumstances.

Both you and the Lovvett Customer Support team will receive any issue reported in real-time. The customer support team will reach out to the customer to fix the problem, and will settle with you.
