Your name, address, phone number and delivery instructions are sent to the store & its courier so your order can be delivered, and so that they can reach out to you with any updates or questions.
You cannot track the store’s courier. You can see what stage of the order is by opening up the details in the “Orders” tab.
We provide an estimated time range for your order to arrive based on the store and your location. To get the most up to date status of your order, you can contact the store from the app. If the store cannot provide assistance, please reach out to Lovvett and we will try our best to help you.
