What if a driver is late to pick up an order?

You can check in the tablet the driver ETA and contact information.

Tablet:

Tablets show within each order a Driver Arriving label with ETA.

If the driver’s ETA time has not moved, or is raising in time, you may contact our support team via your tablet.

POS, phone, text, e-mai, Merchant’s Portall:

The text and e-mail where you receive the order contain the customer number, and a link to the order inside the Merchant’s Portal.

The Merchant’s Portal contains both the customer and driver phone for every order.
